The award recognizes the thoughtful preservation and adaptive reuse of the historic Melrose Hosiery Mill  in High Point, North Carolina. Originally a cornerstone of High Point’s textile industry, the Melrose Hosiery Mill has been thoughtfully reimagined as an approximately 80,000-square-foot, multi-use creative campu
